I. Membership and Purchase
- How can I buy a pass?
- You can purchase a pass online via the website or mobile app, using the multimedia kiosk in the club, or at the club reception desk.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Online payments: Card, online bank transfer, or BLIK.
- In the club (reception): Card, transfer, BLIK, and cash (cash is not accepted for OPEN auto-renewing or OPEN 12 PLUS passes).
- What is the "OPEN" pass?
- The OPEN pass provides unlimited access to all Fitness Platinium clubs within their network (e.g., all locations in Kraków).
- Can I suspend my pass?
- Yes, most long-term and auto-renewing passes can be suspended for a set period, usually for a fee. The basic monthly pass typically cannot be suspended.
II. Club Access and Rules
- Does Fitness Platinium accept MultiSport?
- No. Fitness Platinium does not honor the MultiSport card at any location.
- Does Fitness Platinium accept Medicover Sport?
- Yes. The club accepts Medicover Sport cards/packages. There is usually no additional fee required; simply register your entry via the Medicover Sport app and scan the QR code.
- Do I need a padlock?
- Yes, you need a padlock to secure your belongings in the changing room locker. They may be available for rent or purchase (usually around 10 zł).
- How do I enter the Galeria Bronowice club outside of mall hours?
- Between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM, and after 9:00 PM (on weekdays), entry and exit are typically only possible via the entrance from Stawowa street (near Castorama) or the entrance from the Level +1 car park (near MediaMarkt).
III. Group Classes and Training
- How do I sign up for group classes?
- You must register for every class you want to attend. This is done through the online schedule or the Smart Platinium mobile application.
- What happens if I miss a class?
- If you cannot attend a class, you must unregister at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. If you fail to unregister and do not show up twice within 30 days, your ability to register for future classes may be temporarily blocked.
- Are Personal Trainers available?
- Yes, qualified personal trainers are available in all facilities to assist with personalized fitness programs.
- Do you have boxing classes?
- No, we do not.
IV. Sauna Usage
- What are the basic sauna rules?
- Shower and dry off before entering.
- Enter the sauna only while wearing a towel (no swimwear, underwear, or flip-flops inside).

- Remove all jewellery.
