The contract is formally known as the "Umowa o korzystanie z usług sieci klubów Fitness Platinium®" (Agreement for the use of services of the Fitness Platinium® club network).

1. Eligibility Requirements (Wymagania)

Minimum Age	The client must be at least 15 years old.
Minors (15-17 years old)	Must visit the club reception one time with a legal guardian/parent. The guardian must sign a written statement of consent.
Legal Capacity	Must possess full legal capacity, which usually means being 18 or older.
Identification	Clients may be required to show a photo ID to verify the data provided on the club card or in the Customer Portal.

2. Methods of Contract Purchase 

You have three main options for purchasing your first pass and entering into the contract:

3. Key Contractual Provisions

• Contract Basis: The membership is based on an agreement for the specific services outlined in the purchased pass.
• Payment in Advance: The client is obligated to pay the fee for the chosen pass type in advance.
  • For the OPEN SAMOODNAWIALNY pass, the payment for the first period is proportional to the number of days remaining in the current calendar month, with subsequent payments made on the first day of each following calendar month.
• Pass Activation: The pass is active from the day the contract is concluded. However, you can request a later activation date, but usually no later than 30 days from the contract date.
• Personal Rights: The rights resulting from the contract are personal and cannot be transferred to other people. Allowing unauthorized people to use your access methods (QR code/Club Card) is a serious breach of the regulations.
• Data Processing: Providing personal data during the contract process is voluntary but necessary for the club to fulfill the agreement (processing payments, granting access, etc.).

4. Special Note on Online Purchases (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

If you are a consumer and purchase your first pass online, you have a legal right under Polish law to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the purchase date. You must submit a written statement to the club to exercise this right.
